There is even a book for this new disease ‚Sitting is the new smoking‘. I want to wake up office people with this subject and encourage them to change their attitude. I advise on the risks behind sitting for hours, but at the same time provide tips. With a few simple exercises that can be integrated in the daily routine, further complications can be avoided.
