The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a screening of seven movement patterns that support us during day to day activities, at work or during sports.  

These are on the one hand fundamental movement patterns used to support our mobility and stability, and on the other hand more complex movement patterns like the deep squat.

I make use of this screen with all my Personal Training clients to detect possible restrictions. Based on that I combine exercises to improve the mobility and stability.

FMS is also interesting for any sports teams or sport managers, but it could also be a good idea for a health day at High School or in an office.
